Required Orientation: Each prospective student will

the school prior to the first class of the term. This allows the student
to fully evaluate the instructor as both an artist and a teacher.
The orientation also serves to familiarize the student with class
procedures and facilities so that there is no loss of precious class
time. This also provides an opportunity to answer any questions the
student may have about the methods of teaching and expected results.
Advanced students should bring two or more samples of their work that
show their present level of development. Beginners need not bring
any work. To schedule your orientation session, please call (516)
922-8011 to make an appointment.
